HOW IT WORKS / 03

Prepared in Korea.
Makgeolli brewed here.

One prepared ingredient. A place to make it fresh.

SULKIT connects Korean rice and nuruk preparation with brewing at the place of consumption. The precise equipment and process depend on the use case.

FROM SOURCE TO EXPERIENCE

Prepared in Korea.
Fermented where you are.

The dry ingredient is prepared in Korea from rice and nuruk. Water and fermentation complete the drink locally. This separates the shipment of a prepared brewing ingredient from the making of the finished makgeolli.

How that process is carried out must be designed for the intended setting and checked against local food and alcohol rules.

Rice and nuruk are processed into the SULKIT powdered brewing ingredient.

SCALE CHANGES THE PLAN

At home.
At a venue.
At a brewery.

A consumer kit, a hospitality program and a local brewery do not use identical equipment or permissions. Each requires its own operating method, quality controls and responsibilities.

We can discuss the appropriate model with potential partners. Equipment specifications, capacity and country-specific licensing are not defined on this page.
